Description: The creation of a free market of social projects could become a complement and alternative to governmental social programs. Creation of such a market would require a new method of tax collection and expenditure. An example of just such a social project and a possible implementation plan for it is suggested herein. This article considers and explores likely problems relative to the creation of this alternative free market of social projects. The forces influencing the market of goods and services are compared with this proposal of free market social projects. Implementation of such a free market for social projects would have positive consequences economically and socially.
