Description: Motor skills training is an important component in the preparation of future teachers of physical education. The success in their future professional activity depends on how future specialists accomplish appropriate skills. Formation of professional skills of the students in the classroom of gymnastics begins with the first day of training at the university. The success of this process depends on the skills they have already formed at school. The aim of our study was to test the quality of experimental exercises in the field of "Gymnastics" by the first year students of the Faculty of Physical Education of TNPU by V. Hnatiuk. The study involved 75 students who formed both control and experimental groups. At the beginning of the experiment we have defined that the initial level of motor skills training was low in both groups. In the course of the experiment the training in the experimental group was carried out according to our program. As the result of the experiment there was a significant improvement in both groups, so students in the control group showed average motor skills training, and of the experimental group âE" the level above average. Thus, our results suggest that training using our program gives the best results forming studentsâE™ motor skills in gymnastics, which indicates the effectiveness of our proposed program.
