Establish a Public Disclosure Date for Your Technical Work
Welcome to Intellectual Archive — a long-established international platform for online archiving and
publication of technical and scientific works. Whether you are an independent inventor, engineer,
researcher, or developer, this page explains how we can help you publicly document your ideas and
inventions in a way that is reliably recorded, citable, and accessible to the global community.
Our platform and journal have operated continuously since 2012, building trust with authors and libraries worldwide.
What We Offer for Engineers & Inventors
At Intellectual Archive you can submit technical papers, design concepts, engineering analyses,
prototypes descriptions, algorithms, and other applied research for public publication and archiving.
Upon request, authors may also obtain a DOI for their online publication, as well as an official signed and stamped
paper certificate indicating the author’s name, article title, date of publication, and permanent access link. This
option is valuable for scientists and inventors, as it helps confirm the priority of their research and inventions.

Key benefits of publishing with us:
Public Disclosure with a Fixed Date
Every submission is archived with a clear, timestamped record of your work’s publication date,
which can serve as evidence of when your idea became publicly available.

Online Archiving and Permanent Access
Your work receives a permanent link in our online archive, allowing others to find, cite, and reference
it indefinitely.
Library Registration & Print Journal Inclusion
Selected works can be published in our quarterly print journal, which is distributed to major libraries,
including the
Library of Congress, USA and Library and Archives Canada — giving your work both
digital and traditional presence in institutional collections.

Print + Online Visibility
Your work is available online and, if published in the print journal, in physical form. This dual presence
expands reach and ensures long-term discoverability.
Low Publication Cost
Compared to commercial prior art registries or patent filing costs, our fees are modest and author-friendly —
with very affordable rates per page and optional certificate services.
12+ Years of History & Institutional Recognition
Our platform and journal have operated continuously since 2012, building trust with authors and
libraries worldwide. Articles published in the Intellectual Archive receive DOIs and are indexed in
major academic discovery services.

International Access
Authors and readers from any country can submit and access material. Published works are
discoverable through search engines and academic aggregators.
Important Notice About Patents
Publication with Intellectual Archive does not grant patent rights or legal intellectual property
protection. It establishes a public disclosure record — a documented date when your work became
publicly accessible — but it is not a substitute for filing a patent application with the appropriate
government patent office. Inventors seeking legal exclusivity must still pursue patent protection
separately.
Why This Matters for Inventors
When you publish a technical disclosure here, it becomes a part of the scientific and engineering
record:
It can support your academic or professional portfolio.
It can serve as evidence of when you publicly disclosed an idea.
Other researchers, engineers, or potential collaborators can find and cite your work.
The publication is backed by institutional indexing and library registration.
How to Submit
