Description: Food products, like pharmaceutical preparations and, to some extent, cosmetic preparations, represent a sector of the innovation field of my activity as an inventor that is subject to especially strict quality control. First and foremost, this field is characterized by the need for full compliance of new innovative products and technologies with health-care standards and increasingly stringent environmental regulations. My innovative technology is a process of dynamic action on mixed and churned liquid or partially consistent components. The goal of the indicated research, experimental design and engineering work, as well as the development of dietological algorithms and programs, is to search for new ways to produce composite, compounded, or uniformly combined food products in which fat content is absent or minimized and in which, conversely, the concentration of vitamins and biologically active elements is increased.
