Description: In the present article in terms of {bf measurability} conception, introduced in the previous papers of the author, the quantum theory is studied. Within the framework of this conception several examples are investigated in Schrodinger picture, analogs of Fourier transformations are constructed. It is shown how to produce {bf measurable} the analog of Heisenberg picture. At the end of the article the received results are used for substantiation, of other (more overall) definition of {bf measurability} conception, which, on the one hand, isnâE™t grounded on Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle and its generalization, being the fundamental provisions of the previous papers of the author, and, on the other hand, it is equally suitable either for non-relativistic, or for relativistic cases.
