Description: An important step is made towards the formation and development of the institution of intellectual property rights, creation of an appropriate legislative framework, harmonized with the international requirements. At the same time every year protection and insurance of intellectual property becomes very urgent in Ukraine. The article investigates insurance trends of intellectual property rights on the example of the insurance system of the United States.
